Since starting at wisco CrossFit on December 1st, I felt completely supported. The trainers and fellow athletes are so friendly that I felt "at home" instantly. I really appreciate how the coaches work hard to make sure exercises are done correctly and safely. The monthly side challenges are a highlight for me-they provide that extra bit of motivation and keep me accountable. If you're on the fence about trying wisco CrossFit, just do it! And if you can make it, the 6:15 a.m is the best 😉
The Coaches pay close attention to each athlete to make sure they are using proper body mechanics and they improvise if you have injuries.
I just joined Wisco fit and had a welcoming experience from the start. I’m excited to work toward my goals and become stronger and healthier.
Very kind and will tailor the workouts to your needs/injuries and at the same time will kick your butt! A great workout with positive people!
