Great space, great equipment and good people!
We did a drop-in here today, and loved the gym. Great coach, clean and spacious gym, good well maintained equipment and nice showers.
Great experience. Coach very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely drop in if you’re looking for a crossfit class while in Nashville.
