Amazing coaches and HUGE box. They have a sauna and cold plunge (took advantage of that). Everyone I met and worked out with was so welcoming and encouraging. Ask about local food tips, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend and can’t wait for my next girls trip to come back again.
Spacious gym with newer equipment and clean facilities, including cold plunge and sauna. Very welcoming people and would drop-in again!
Did two drop ins here while in Nashville on a family vacation. Both were hosted by coach Jake - who was welcoming and funny! The other members were also friendly and encouraging. My husband had emailed with the owner prior and he was very communicative and open to our family drop in. We got in great work outs and experienced some of the best vibes I’ve had as a drop in.
Great box, coach and owner ,I believe, was very attentive and mindful. Was a great workout!
Brock has a great gym. Awesome environment and great coaching!
