My current CrossFit box is closing. A group of the ladies are checking out other locations as a group. We went to CFMurdock and I cannot express how dumbstruck we were. Cleanliness, fail! Direction, fail. By the end of class, the 4 of us were looking at each other like we'd been through a joke session. If you are looking for a home box keep looking. This place is dirty and unprofessional.

Absolutely love CrossFit Murdock. When I’m visiting from the UK it feels like a home from home. I first came 4 years ago and Debbie was so welcoming (even though I never had done CrossFit before). Came back this year to a welcoming atmosphere, great coaching and awesome members. What a great vibe! Can’t wait to see them next year!
