I can not say enough awesome words about CrossFit Murdock! The coaching from Coach Debbie is outstanding with her knowledge of Crossfit and Olympic Weightlifting. Coach Debbie has helped me improve my strength, mobility, and weightlifting form. Also, I love the community at the gym. All the athletes are encouraging, and supportive of one another regardless of athletic skill. If you are looking for a CrossFit gym to challenge yourself, have fun, and meet some great people you definitely want to check CrossFit Murdock out!

Fantastic 11/10. Dropped in while I’m in town on vacation. Great facility, staff and members welcoming will for sure be back.

I recently relocated to the area and signed up for a class here (online it states you can attend ANY class for a drop-in price) and filled out all the paperwork/info that was emailed to me. Once I arrived the older lady called me by name and asked if I was familiar with CrossFit; I had told her yes and a little background about me.
