I enjoyed my visit to CrossFit ,I was met with a big smile from Ms Susan. The meeting was very informative and I will be returning soon.Thank you for your kindness and caring spirit.
You couldn’t ask for a more supportive community! Susan cares SO much about her members and makes everyone feel so welcome. The excellent coaching and thoughtful programming has made me better physically and mentally. I’m so thankful to be a part of it!
If Susie doesn’t immediately reach out to you- it’s because she’s incapacitated. She is such a hands on owner and all the coaches are so supportive-meeting you where you are at. Incredible community. The facility is always clean and fresh. They work hard to make sure it’s inviting for any fitness level. Go try it out!
