I’m on my second week of being a member, and I love it! I never thought I could do Cross Fit but I love that there’s an option or modification for everyone!
I had the pleasure of dropping in at this box while in town for work. Susan the owner was very responsive. The facility was huge and amazing. Coaches were well trained and informative. The community was very welcoming. I hope to drop in again!!!

The big thing that I’ve noticed about CrossFit Mobile is the coaches spend equal time with each athlete during the workout. They’re also very good at seeing where you are in learning a complex lift or movement and explaining how to improve on them. Some boxes will post an RX WOD only and just tell you to modify it for yourself if you’re not RX yet. I like and appreciate CrossFit Mobile’s multiple options for the WOD especially the Burn level. Susan, Erin, Allyson, as well as all the coaches at CrossFit Mobile are amazing! If you haven’t tried it you need to! Your body will thank you! I am 67 and had no idea how weak I was until I started going to Susan’s and Erin’s Legends class. We are a group who are mostly over the age of 50 just trying to make sure we can get up and down from the floor and enjoy our life. Not trying to bulk up or win competitive challenges just live a health life. Try it, you will love it!
