Dropped in for about a week while in town for training. Everyone was very welcoming and the facilities are awesome! Highly recommend checking it out!
When joining a box, the most important element is the feel of the community within. Susan and the entire staff at Crossfit Mobile will challenge you to not only improve your physical health, but also your feeling of being a part of the tribe, and this also transfers across all the other members of the box. Your not going to CrossFit, you're going to spend time with friends and family.

You couldn’t ask for a more supportive community! Susan cares SO much about her members and makes everyone feel so welcome. The excellent coaching and thoughtful programming has made me better physically and mentally. I’m so thankful to be a part of it!
