Love the Legends (55 years of age and up) group classes!! On days when I have to talk myself into going, I'm so glad I did at the end! Everyone is sooo encouraging!
I’ve been a member here for 4 years now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. The legends class for people who are over 50 is just what we all need to keep us moving & able to take care of ourselves & others. The trainers are top notch & keep things fun & informative! Love this place!
I love the atmosphere and the coaches here! No judgement zone, lots of encouragement, and celebrations for even the smallest accomplishments. The coaches are always able to help me modify movements to my ability and there is a wide variety of athletes in each class!
