My first few weeks have been awesome. I really want to continue this training.
I'm a returning member who came back specifically for the Legends 55+ Fitness program, and I'm glad I did. I recently joined the crossfit workout at MetroEast. It has been a great fit for me. Great instructors and the atmosphere is very supportive.
This wonderful place has changed my life so much. The coaches are top notch and the people you encounter here are AMAZING!! I feel better and I look better! What are you waiting for, give them a call and come work out with us!
Love the Legends (55 years of age and up) group classes!! On days when I have to talk myself into going, I'm so glad I did at the end! Everyone is sooo encouraging!
