Just joined this gym ~3 weeks ago, and I believe I have found my home for the foreseeable future. Knowledgeable and encouraging coaches. Thoughtful routines that are whipppppppping me, but not completely killing me. And a community of folk that seem to have been here for many years, and are mega welcoming to newcomers. I will most certainly get stronger under the direction of the staff, and alongside the community of athletes. This place rules. Come join us
Excellent coaching staff who are very knowledgeable. They are very attentive to individual needs and modifications. If you were ever nervous about walking into a gym because you didn't think you were "in shape enough" or "skilled enough to do the workouts", this is the place for you! There are modifications for every level and a very encouraging team of coaches and members to support you!

I recently joined the crossfit workout at MetroEast. It has been a great fit for me. Great instructors and the atmosphere is very supportive.
