Did a drop-in here. This is a good gym. There was a lot of space and well-arranged. Lots of various heights of bars. The folks were very friendly. Good diverse group of athletes. The coach was good and very encouraging. Standard workout - Mayhem, warmup - strength - metcon with good scaling options. Why four stars? Because in my opinion the drop-in price was absurd. Metric Fitness is great place to workout and to truly improve your overall fitness. The staff of coaches is very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced, the community of athletes is inviting while being at a high level to make you want to do better everyday. Definitely recommend this place
Great location, fair prices and friendly staffs
I started CrossFit in June 2024, and it only took one class to know I had found the right place. The atmosphere at Metric is incredible—the energy, the music, the supportive environment, and especially the coaches make it something special. Metric offers a great variety of classes, even on holidays, which shows how dedicated they are to their community.
