I was in Des Moines/urban dale for work and wanted to drop in at a CrossFit gym and they just happened to be .9 miles from my hotel… I’ve been doing CrossFit on and off for 16 years and this easily the nicest CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to. Everything in the facility felt brand new, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The coaching was excellent, the gym itself was awesome, and every member I met was welcoming and friendly. Great group of coaches and members. Couldn't ask for a better group of folks to embrace the suck with! Amazing new gym space with nice amenities. Owners are kind, fair and always willing to listen to feedback. I would give them more stars if I could!
I absolutely love this gym. Both the space and the people are awesome. I've been taking personal training sessions with Tyler to help me prepare for the Tactical Games and he has been amazing to work with. The research alone that he did into the competition to help me properly prepare for it blew my mind. Cannot recommend this place enough!
