I joined East State CrossFit about 2 months ago, and it has already been an amazing experience. I had previous CrossFit experience before joining, but what really stands out here is the supportive community and coaching. The coaches are very accommodating and always willing to help — even during open gym. They encourage you to work around your schedule, focus on your goals, and develop new skills at your own pace.
