I made a last minute decision not to be lazy on my trip here to Merced. Looked up CrossFit gyms in the area. I reached out and got a quick and very welcoming response from the owner John. I dropped in the next morning, met John, got a tour of the facility then was able to do my own thing during their Saturday open gym time. The facility is amazing! This place is great! It has helped me change my life. I was a bit intimidated when I first started. I have been attending three times a week for a little over a year now and I love it! Everyone is nice and very helpful. My trainer Anthony is the best! He is very thorough, polite and informative. Honestly because of him I don't plan on going anywhere else.
Have been constantly coming back to CFM for the last 5+ years! The environment is great along with the community of people who are all about fitness and health!
I have been a member at CFM since 2018. The coaches are awesome, and do a great job of making sure that we compete at our best while keeping proper technique! It is definitely a family atmosphere, as I have developed many friendships who help get me through workouts. The box is clean and the owner continues to add and adjust equipment and services as needed! Big thanks to CFM for changing my life. All you need to do is show up and they take care of the rest.
