I've been going to the Cave for Crossfit for over 15 years. It's a second home. The facilities and coaching are awesome. Coaches Ron, Claudio, Sean and Henry love what they do and it shows. The programing is challenging but can always be modified to meet each athlete's individual needs, goals, and abilities. The community is welcoming. Members really enjoy working together. I dropped in for a class at The Cave and had an awesome experience. Coach Ron was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me modify movements so I could get the most out of the workout. The class had a great energy, and I could tell he genuinely cares about helping his members move well and stay healthy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for kick ass workout and a supportive community!
