Highly recommend this box if you want to reach new fitness goals. Coach Jos and Brian are fantastic, friendly, and very knowledgeable. But Be prepared to get your butt kicked!

Coach Jocelyn and Coach Brian are hands down the best. I came in with no experience in a gym like this and they have both taken the time to teach me the basics and build upon it. I've never felt rushed or put in a position to hurt myself. I'd highly recommend Spark to anyone! 10/10
