I was a visitor at their 11:30a class today and even though they just moved into a great new space, the workout was organized and I enjoyed the partner warm up! Thanks for welcoming me and I look forward to dropping in again when I’m in town.
I have been to approximately 40 CrossFit boxes around the planet. I know this is going to sound crazy, but Crossfit Manitowoc is the best box I have been to. The programming is amazing. The owners are fantastic and I promise, you cannot find a more welcoming group of CrossFit athletes anywhere! PS: if you’re thinking about trying Crossfit, anybody can do it and this group will make sure that you feel welcome, as well as properly trained to have a fantastic work out no matter what your fitness level or background.
Great gym! The coaches are very knowledgeable and take time to coach the basics of the movement first and build from there. Everyone was extremely nice and made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back when we are in town!
The last time I have felt motivated to workout was during high school sports. I love the atmosphere at CFM. You get the support you need to push you to become better. Let’s be honest, we all know we need it. You won’t be disappointed with any coach. They will make your safety their priority. As you leave and even the next day when you might be sore, you will be looking forward to your next workout!!
Great gym- everyone makes you feel welcome no matter which class you join. One big family!
