I recently joined CrossFit Mainline – Plymouth Meeting and have had a great experience so far. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and really take the time to make sure you’re progressing. What stands out most is how welcoming everyone has been—the community here is positive, encouraging, and makes every workout enjoyable. I’m really glad I joined and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great CrossFit gym.
Joining CFML has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the welcoming community to the highly knowledgeable & invested coaches — they’ve built something great.
I was initially not sure what to expect but from the moment I walked in everyone was very welcoming and kind. All of the coaches are helpful and are happy to adjust the workout as needed if you have any concerns. Every class starts with a warm up and takes you through the movements you will use later in the class - making it great for anyone, no matter what your experience is with weights and the gym.
