Crossfit Magnify is awesome! The variety of programs available (Crossfit, Olympic Lifting, Kids Crossfit, etc.) makes it a fit for everybody. Convenient times make fitting in a workout easy. The coaches are awesome at modifying and scaling workouts for those of us who need it, but will also recognize when we need a bit of a challenge as well. I started at Crossfit Magnify this past April and let me tell you... I had just had my youngest daughter a year ago (back then), I had little energy, was out of shape, and frankly needed a community to lift me up because I was feeling lonely. We moved to Redmond Oregon 3 1/2 years ago, my husband and I met a few people around town but the game changer for us was joining CrossFit Magnify. There is such a great community in this gym. Not to mention the work outs were very doable for both of us never having done CrossFit before. A year in now I am so incredibly grateful for having found this gym. A co-worker and I got the chance to workout there for a week and it was a great experience. The workouts were challenging, the coaches were top notch, and the members were all welcoming. Some of the members even invited us out to their local hangout afterwards. I think that itself shows what a welcoming community they have built.
