I’ve been going to CrossFit Lynchburg for six years now. It’s been life-changing for me to be a part of this amazing community of like-minded people who keep their health and fitness as a high priority in life. I came from a long distance running background and when I started CrossFit, I realized soon after that it was the secret recipe to overall strength and fitness. CrossFit Lynchburg is a premier center for those looking to improve their health through fitness, nutrition, stress relief, and mental and physical challenges, all while offering instant friendships, top notch coaching, an upbeat atmosphere (and good coffee next door). There are always new skills to learn for all ages and fitness levels from competitive athletes to grandmas. Come see for yourself!
I tried this location a couple of weeks ago. Ty, the CrossFit session was great. They also have a sauna and cold plunge which seems like a great deal!
If you’re looking for a classic CrossFit gym, this is the place. Visiting from MN, I dropped in at CrossFit Lynchburg and was met with: friendly and welcoming members, professional and friendly coaches and great programming (Mayhem Athlete). The place is clean, equipped and in a cool Location (next to Golf Park Coffee). The week drop in cost was affordable and if I lived in Lynchburg this gym would be my home! I loved visiting and will be back next trip here!
