If you’re looking for a classic CrossFit gym, this is the place. Visiting from MN, I dropped in at CrossFit Lynchburg and was met with: friendly and welcoming members, professional and friendly coaches and great programming (Mayhem Athlete). The place is clean, equipped and in a cool Location (next to Golf Park Coffee). The week drop in cost was affordable and if I lived in Lynchburg this gym would be my home! I loved visiting and will be back next trip here!

Been at this gym for over a year and I love it so much. Super friendly, safe, supportive environment. Very beginner friendly, and you will grow so much even if you start knowing nothing about CrossFit. Great coaches who get to know you and your workout ability. They can always help you scale your workout to make sure you don’t get hurt but are still pushing yourself.

I have been working with Megan, as a personal trainer, and I have nothing but excellent things to say about her. I have found Megan to be very knowledgeable, caring, and courteous. Megan has spent many years pursuing studies in this field, and it shows: I have made good progress without feeling at all overwhelmed. When I first started I had no idea what I was doing but the coaches would take time to make sure I understood the exercises and wouldn’t get injured. Plus the community there is amazing, so tight knit. Like a family
