Love being at this gym! I’ve been coaching here a few years, and the staff and members are amazing. Very welcoming and hard workers!
The owner and manager strive to make things better each year. They have added new items for recovery - a sauna and cold plunge tub - plus replaced older equipment. It’s a gym where you are encouraged to attend and are given opportunities to grow as an athlete and person.
Amazing community! Great programming. Supportive culture! So glad I started here and never plan to leave. It’s not just for high level pros. It’s for everyone! You can scale everything. As a physician I feel everyone would benefit from this kind of fitness
