Dropped in from out of town. Easy and fast email communication from owner. Great instruction from Coach. I didn’t PR but that’s on me, not them.
The coaches and staff are inexperienced and not intelligent enough to notice if something is dangerous for the clients. I got hurt there and nobody noticed or did anything. Facility was really dirty too
This is a great gym. Nice big space, plenty of quality equipment, helpful coaches, and nice shirts. I really enjoyed double DT during my drop-in.
I've been attending CrossFit Lykos as a drop-in this week while I'm visiting family. Everyone there has been super friendly and encouraging. They have also been helpful giving advice on good form and scaling options.
