CF Lumberyard for the win! Phenomenal box. Tyler and Ashley have created a great atmosphere for all types of athletes to achieve their goals. CFLY has all the equipment you can think of, space to use it, and a cool community to throw down with. Besides those necessities, they also provide sauna, cold plunge, cold brew coffee on tap, fridge with healthy drinks, sweat towels, and showers. Highly recommend locals to join and out of towners to drop in. Thanks CFLY for the experience! Can’t wait to do it again!
Dropped in for a morning class while visiting family a few weeks ago. Coaches and members were amazing and encouraging! It was one of my favorite workouts, snatches with some jump rope! It was a hard workout but glad I got some work in! Will definitely be back next time I’m down here!
What a fantastic CrossFit box and awesome CrossFit community. Dropped in for a workout while on vacation in the USA. The coaching team and the owners were very friendly and responded to messages very quickly. I would recommend anyone that’s lives in Anaheim or on vacation to drop on in.
