Joined as a beginner a few months ago and made good progress. Workouts are challenging but fun, and the supportive coaches and friendly community make all the difference +the amenities including the sauna are a big bonus.

CFLY was an excellent facility. I dropped in to an afternoon class. The coach was warm and welcoming. The entire crew was friendly and open. It’s great to see a full range of athletes and everyone still cheering for each other. The facility was clean and well maintained. Each station was set up well and there was everything you’d ever want to use in a CF box. I loved hitting the sauna after the WOD and they even had a cold plunge. I was in the area for work so I dropped in for a few days. I reached out and was contacted immediately to get me connected with the 5am crew. The gym was a great space, has friendly athletes, and top notch coaching for such an early class. I will be back if I am in the area again!

What a gym! Coach Tyler, Coach Freddy and gym members were all super welcoming. The facility is spectacular. Plenty of space, super clean and all the fun training equipment you need. Just a short drive from Disneyland. This is the CF gym you want to train at on your vacation. Thanks Lumberyard!
