Crossfit Ludus is a passion project that we started out of our love for CrossFit, the want to build a healthy community and to also elevate the expectation of what quality CrossFit could and should be. As a drop-in, I found the coaches and the members welcoming and helpful. The wods are challenging but with 3 levels, you can choose how hard you want to go. I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in the area.
Best gym in town!
Aside from absolutely loving the people at this gym, the programming is awesome. I came in totally new to CrossFit, and the coaches have patiently helped me learn and grow. Can’t imagine a nicer place to learn the sport and become more fit!
