From the moment I walked in CrossFit LPF, everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. The community is amazing — no judgment, just support (from people working out with you to the coaches). The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to help you with form & modifications, and motivation every step of the way (shout out Aida & Marcela). Whether you’re brand new or experienced, they make you feel like you are a regular at the gym. Highly recommend to anyone for anyone looking to train!”

I joined the CrossFit LPF family in a very rough season of life and I can never begin to thank them enough for all they have done for me. This gyms focus is for you to feel like the best version of support through unyielding motivation, support, and love. I am new to CrossFit LPF the staff is awesome they take the time to show you what to do. Made me feel so welcomed I did not feel out of place at all. This will be my new Gym home.
