We had a great time dropping in (5x) at CFLV over the past two weeks. The gym is really spacious, everyone was friendly, and the coaching was really on-point! Tash (the owner) is super welcoming and was very flexible with us. Highly recommend CFLV if you are in the area looking for a great workout!
Although I’ve been lifting weights for 40 years, I am fairly new to CrossFit. I love my CrossFit community so much at my Venice (Paradiso) CrossFit, that I was hoping the community would be just as fun and energizing when I visited CrossFit Lehigh Valley during a trip home to see my family. Did a quick drop in, peeps were friendly, coach Natasha was great and quick to pick up on an injury of mine and modify the workout. Will be back next time I’m in town.! 🤙
Owner has a very cute, friendly and playful dog, who also sometimes teaches classes. 5 stars.
GREAT FACILITY AND COACHING! Walked in and everyone was welcoming and was an overall positive vibe. The equipment is great with plenty of room and space to fit a huge class. 10/10 will come back again drop in
