As soon as I walked through the doors I felt like I was “home” . The community in this gym is incredible*** and the coaches are a wealth of support , kindness , motivation and knowledge. I tried Cross Fit on a whim as I preferred fitness classes to hitting the gym solo and hadn’t found anything that stuck since moving to Leduc. I am 1000% hooked for life now. It’s not just about the workouts, it’s about the people, the energy, and the sense of belonging.
Very welcoming coaches to help with form and motivation. Fun classes within a good community. Worth every penny.
I started back at the gym after a long time hiatus of sitting at my desk and being about as active as a rock. Everyone at CFL made me feel welcomed and part of the community from the onset and help build my training schedule to fit my budget and time availability. The workouts can be increased or decreased in complexity and intensity to suit all fitness levels and are a great way to scratch the competitive itch that youth sports once fulfilled. This is a place for everyone, no matter the fitness and ability level.
