The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you succeed,whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out. It’s not just about the workouts, it’s about the people, the energy, and the sense of belonging.
Very welcoming coaches to help with form and motivation. Fun classes within a good community. Worth every penny.
I started back at the gym after a long time hiatus of sitting at my desk and being about as active as a rock. Everyone at CFL made me feel welcomed and part of the community from the onset and help build my training schedule to fit my budget and time availability. The workouts can be increased or decreased in complexity and intensity to suit all fitness levels and are a great way to scratch the competitive itch that youth sports once fulfilled. This is a place for everyone, no matter the fitness and ability level.
BEST CrossFit gym in the area! We had such an amazing time at CrossFit Leduc with Jeremi and Kyla. We lived in south Edmonton and it was 100% worth it to drive there everyday. We had to move to a different city but we would have loved to stay at CrossFit Leduc.
Such an amazing, positive gym! Our kids love the classes they attend. Coach Jeremi and Coach Kyla are the BEST!!!
