It was a great workout with a really good coach. The participants were welcoming and it was just a good environment.

I joined over a year ago after my CrossFit gym closed down. Since then I have really enjoyed the switch. All the coaches are awesome and fun to be around while maintaining excellent standards for safety and movements. 5 stars all day 💪💪🤘🤘

I loved the team atmosphere and the hard work from both staff and members. Everyone was very welcoming, especially as a beginner in CrossFit.
