The hardest part was walking through the door for the first time. After that, everything changed. What once felt intimidating has become the best hour of my day. The coaches are encouraging, the community is welcoming, and every workout challenges you in the best way. I can't recommend this gym enough.

I joined over a year ago after my CrossFit gym closed down. Since then I have really enjoyed the switch. All the coaches are awesome and fun to be around while maintaining excellent standards for safety and movements. 5 stars all day 💪💪🤘🤘
