Coaches here have defined goals and give explicit, step by step instructions. I found the experience motivating and organized but above all the community and feedback is great.
This gym is fantastic! Coach Brenda was so friendly. It was like I had been going there for years. Their facility is huge, clean, and well organized. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in town.
I’m newer to CrossFit. Katie was very helpful and super encouraging. She helped review positions and made me feel very welcome!
