I've been cautious in the gym this week because of a minor back injury (being a boy mom is not for the weak). I was unsure how good of a workout I'd get because of it, but Amanda said "Nah girl, I gotchu." And put me to work. All my weight and movements were modified and she constantly checked in to make sure I was doing good. 5 stars, because she meets you where you are.

This CrossFit gym is HUGE! Allowing us to enjoy the workout with space. David, our coach, was welcoming and all the athletes made us feel comfortable too. Zero judgments. Only sweat! Thank you!!
