I came to this gym looking for something different after years of focusing primarily on cardio. I could not stress how wonderful of an environment Josh has created. He’s surrounded you with amazing coaches who truly care, top notch equipment, a children’s room for us busy parents, and all the extra bells and whistles (stretching programs, physical therapist, skill based workshops taught by true gymnastic coaches, etc) that truly show the thought and care shown here. CrossFit Lake Stevens is a great place for any fitness level. I have been a member and now coach at CrossFit Lake Stevens for 10 years 3 as a coach. The community is great and the programming is awesome. Open 7 days a week there is always a class for you!!!!!!!
