I've got to say, the Performance Lab is genuinely one of the best communities out there! Right from the get-go, the vibe was different. My coach for the day greeted me by name the moment I walked in the door. It's the little things, you know? And it wasn't just the staff; everyone there seemed really into supporting each other. It felt like walking into a room full of friends I hadn't met yet. If you're on the hunt for a workout spot where you feel at home from day one, the Performance Lab is where it's at.

Dropped in for a Saturday morning teamer and was welcomed with open arms by everyone! Such great vibes, 5 starts all around! The owners are pretty cool too :)
What an amazing place. My wife and I had never done CrossFit but signed up for the New Year "challenge" at Lacertus. At 64, we both have really enjoyed getting fit and healthier. The coahes are awesome and work with us to "modify" the workouts that best suit our level of fitness. We're now fulltime members! Go Lacertus!
