RecommendedI started CrossFit Kovu about 3.5 months ago as a slightly intimidated newbie. I’ve felt welcomed, encouraged, and engaged the entire time. Coach Dre and Coach Monica have been stellar. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Be brave. Try something outside of your comfort zone. CrossFit Kovu is an awesome place to do just that. ❤️
