An excellent CrossFit box. I am new to the area for a new job and originally needed to find a gym that allowed me to drop bumper plate loaded barbells for a good membership fee. This CrossFit box offers more than just that: friendly and welcoming environment, great equipment, all at a great a fee, depending on your membership type. Thank you, CFK!
Crossfit Kingstowne is great, very convenient location and the equipment is very safe and modern. Coach Ali is awesome too!
