This place has really changed my life. The people are awesome, the owner is a freaking rock star and professional crossfitter so it gives you a lot of confidence in the effectiveness of the workouts. The coaches are all awesome and the atmosphere is really positive. 6am class is 🔥

I’ve lost 60lbs during covid through lifting metal and cardio 5 times a week, 1 hour minimum. But the structure of my workouts were all over the place and gave me anxiety trying to formulate my sets and reps for the day.
