I’ve lost 60lbs during covid through lifting metal and cardio 5 times a week, 1 hour minimum. But the structure of my workouts were all over the place and gave me anxiety trying to formulate my sets and reps for the day. I have dropped in several times while visiting Jackson. Hollye is a superb coach and the training regimen is always programmed to improve strength, mobility, and endurance. The facility and equipment are well maintained and the members always make me feel as though it is my home gym. CrossFit has been my lifestyle for over a decade and I recommend CrossFit JXN without hesitation.
Attended the 8:30am class for the first time. It was a small group of people. The workout was good. It appears to be a good community with the same goals in mind.
