Lots of gyms in town and great coaches all around. I like CF due to the variety of equipment. No "bro machines," but good free weight gear and plenty of space! Amazing, helpful, supportive coaches
The coaches are awesome.
Awesome box! Coaches (Sheridan & Mary Beth) actually coached and were very welcoming as were the athletes. It was great to meet Sam and have the opportunity to wod with their crew! Highly recommend this box if you’re swinging through or looking for a place to hang your jump rope!
Great gym! Staff was awesome and introduced themselves right away and the facility is as good as it gets. All the members were super nice. If you are in town and want to drop in I would highly recommend.
