Great small Crossfit box with a regular clientele of friendly members who welcome all newcomers!

I do travel physical therapy, so I usually have to try a new gym every 3-6 months, which can make it hard to hit a groove, but CrossFit Juke Joint is far and away the best gym I have ever been to. Sung is an excellent coach and an even better human. Alana is so encouraging and fun. Day one I felt like I had a new group of friends. I’ve been waiting for another gym to be as great as this one but - still waiting. Thanks for everything CrossFit Juke Joint
I've been doing CrossFit in town for 11 years. I have been a member of three boxes here in town and have dropped in to other boxes in other states/countries. CrossFit is CrossFit. There is a daily wod and everyone does it and there is a coach leading the class. The difference here at Juke Joint is the coaching. Sung is DEDICATED to making you better.
