Had a great time dropping in for a class while traveling for business. Would definitely drop in again!
Unlike other crossfit gyms which I have been to, Jigsaw trainers really try to help their members to build the right techniques for each moves before moving up to heavier weights. The members are also very helpful and giving me a lot of inspiration to try harder each time.

I can't quite envision myself without being part of the Jigsaw family now. This place is truly a family and the support here is second to none. Dal, Samantha, Justin, and all of the coaches are simply top shelf.
My husband and I just joined this gym. We've read a lot about Crossfit but didn't have the nerve to even go into a gym. My husband found the gym went in for assessment and pretty much made up his mind to join. We took our first class in Monday and loved it. Everyone is so nice and supportive. Coach Dal is great.
