This place is awesome! You won't find a better group of people to workout with! Everyone is encouraging, they are all rooting for you and help you along the way. I always thought crossfit was for elite athletes but I was wrong there is such a diverse group of people in there and anyone can do it!
Really noticing a difference after going through the bootcamp. Sticking with it! Love the community and the growth!
You are greeted the second you walk in the door and everyone is so supportive and always ready to tell you how awesome you are doing and answer any questions you have really don't think you could find a better gym.
Best gym around. Coaches are very informative, friendly and they make you feel confident at any level of fitness you maybe. Awesome environment. Everyone that walks in the doors are welcome with open arms.
