I am in town for the week and wanted to check out the local CrossFit gym. The coach that morning, Sean/shawn, was incredibly welcoming! Asking if I had any injuries or things to be concerned about before we got started. The members were also very friendly. Well ran class and will def be back!

After a 20hr drive from NY it was exactly what my brain needed. Class and coach were great and their cf family were super nice. Definitely going again before I leave!
