The coaches are such amazing, caring, and dedicated individuals. I have felt included and cared for since day one. They are there to educate, challenge and support you. The facility is always clean and never too crowded.
I was nervous when I first signed up for the small group classes, and was instantly set at ease by the instructors. Every trainer is knowledgeable and patient.
Dropped in while I was in town for some family things. Both Alison and Jill were fantastic coaches and more than okay with me having to modify a few things for the workouts. I’ll definitely be back when I’m around.
I’m so much stronger and made great friendships along the way. The trainers provide incredible support and resources while having fun at the same time. I love it!
