I tried CrossFit Intrinsic for my first CrossFit session since moving to NC. Julia is an AMAZING coach! She was so patient and descriptive. She took her time explaining each and every step of the exercises. This facility is so spacious and equipped with endless options for training!
Of all the gyms Ive visited, this one by far has the best community! Its full of support and growth, but also good for mental wellness and growth because the only person youre really “competing” against is yourself! Highly recommend :)
Best CrossFit gym I’ve ever been a part of! The coaching is phenomenal and there is equipment enough for any class size. My kids really love the CrossFit Kids class. Everyone is super nice and encouraging! Make sure you drop in and give it a try!
This is my first time doing CrossFit and my experience at this gym has been nothing short of phenomenal. I have a history of a back injury with surgery 10+ years ago which has resulted in consistent back pain and a lot of fear around exercising.
