I'm two months new to Crossfit and feel like this is the perfect Gym and Community. I love the workouts and the willingness of everyone to say hello, help one another out, and provide tips. It's a judgement-free zone, there are people of all skill levels working out, and I feel comfortable working out at a pace/scale that's right for me, physically. Absolutely , the best CrossFit in the country!! Aaron is an amazing coach and can fit a workout to any level. If you want to get fit give CrossFit Infinity a shot!!
I come to this CrossFit gym whenever I’m in the Frankfort area and I highly recommend it. I always have a great experience there. The owner and coaches are welcoming to new ones and they put on great local comps.
