Absolutely love the vibe, the workouts, and the challenge - both mentally and physically! CJ is amazing and encourages you to push yourself to achieve big things! Told the owner on June 20th to cancel my membership via text. Still getting charged. Found out now I have to cancel on the website. Would have been good information to know back on June 20th.
I was really nervous to start CrossFit. I’m so glad I decided to try it! It’s been 5 weeks now and I love it. The coaches are amazing and everyone there is so supportive!
We took up CJ’s offer to do a 6 week challenge program with our staff through CFI nutrition. It was great to see the staff engaging in better habits and collectively participating not only in the office but outside of it as well. I would highly recommend an employer consider it. As a healthier staff makes for a better business!
