I've been training at CrossFit Incredible for almost five years and there was one major goal that I wanted to achieve from the time I started here... to execute a strict pull-up. This may seem like a small, even silly goal to many athletes, but for me it was a big deal. With the wonderful coaches (especially Tucker and Jenya) I was able to achieve my goal.
