Love this gym! My wife and I have been going there for over 10yrs. Amazing community, great programming and knowledgeable coaches. This place literally changed our lives!
My son does the summer Junior Athletes program here, and he absolutely loves it. He has even asked if he can start going here when the summer is over. I will definitely be signing my other kids up when they're old enough. He says the program is fun yet tough. Some days, he comes home sore and exhausted, but he loves it because he knows he's working hard. 10/10 recommend. Maybe someday I'll start going too.....
I literally always wanted to try CrossFit and was really intimidated by all the movements that everyone does. I thought it was only for athletes. But two years ago I made the decision try CrossFit incendia. And I am so incredibly grateful I waited to try CrossFit at this gym. This gym has such an amazing community. Dropped in from out of town, friendly members and fantastic facilities!
This gym is more like a home away from home. I love the owners and have been coming here for just around 8 years. Friendly, open, clean, and one of the best gyms I've been to anywhere in the country. Love my Incendia Family!!!!
