Great spot to call home for a few days when I was in town. Great facility vibe and lots of motivation! Will definitely save for next time I’m in town.
I dropped in three times at this box when I was in Peoria. I had the pleasure of being coached in class by Cody, Paul, and AC. I got to meet Dave and Cindy, the owners. I would like to thank them, the coaches, and all the members I worked out with for welcoming me like I was family. It was a great three days, and I can't wait to see yall again. See you guys for the Tru Fitness Challenge in the spring.
Love this gym! My wife and I have been going there for over 10yrs. Amazing community, great programming and knowledgeable coaches. This place literally changed our lives!
My son does the summer Junior Athletes program here, and he absolutely loves it. He has even asked if he can start going here when the summer is over. I will definitely be signing my other kids up when they're old enough. He says the program is fun yet tough. Some days, he comes home sore and exhausted, but he loves it because he knows he's working hard. 10/10 recommend. Maybe someday I'll start going too.....
I literally always wanted to try CrossFit and was really intimidated by all the movements that everyone does. I thought it was only for athletes. But two years ago I made the decision try CrossFit incendia. And I am so incredibly grateful I waited to try CrossFit at this gym. This gym has such an amazing community.
