Dennis and I were in the "D" in June. We would walk by every morning, stick out heads in and Dave said come on in. We did. Had a great workout. Dave is fantastic. We are going back in August and plan to stop in for another amazing workout. Suze
This is an incredibly inclusive gym!! These work outs are extremely approachable for anyone with or without CrossFit experience! Incredible group of folks at this gym!! Very supportive environment.
Huge facility. It is a great location if you need a well-equipped facility that can accommodate drop-ins and day passes when visiting Detroit. Lots of hotels and restaurant options surrounding them too make it very convenient.
