If you are looking to work hard and move better, give i1uvit a try! Kaylee and Matt work tirelessly to provide top quality coaching and are driven to improve the fitness and movement of every member that walks through their doors. The coaching staff is incredible, and classes are run efficiently and are incredibly effective. Since starting there, I have noticed significant improvement in my mechanics and position, thanks specifically to the coaching and guidance they have provided.

CrossFit i1uvit has created a safe, fun, and welcoming environment that allows you to pursue physical fitness regardless of your level of ability. Great place to get healthy. Coaches are amazing and will take the time to teach you. I was intimidated to join CrossFit, but they have scales for every workout. The members and coaches are encouraging. So glad to have joined!
