The owner (Tim) and coach (Daniel) that I have encountered so far were both incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming! The gym is clean and nice and well equipped, and all of the members I’ve met were kind and positive. What more can you ask for? I will be visiting as often as my schedule allows and definitely recommend joining if you’re in the area, whether you’re starting out or an experienced CrossFitter.

Dropped in this morning and the gym was great. Tim was a great coach and the community was very welcoming. The workout was brutal, but that's a good thing. Really enjoyed it there and will definitely come back.

We’ve been visiting Hendersonville for 2 weeks . I have been going to CrossFit for a while now, nearly 10 yrs. The first day I had thought the CrossFit I found was a gem.Maybe not… Fortunately I came across Tim at CrossFit Hendo . What a blessing, this guy and his gym are the real deal. Compassionate , Knowledgable and one heck of a nice man.If your looking for a great workout, need guidance in your workouts, or are a seasoned “fitter”, then drop in and see Tim at CrossFit Hendo. You won’t regret it !

Dropped in at CrossFit Hendo while visiting. Tim immediately greeted me and was super welcoming. The gym was very nice and everyone was very welcoming. I got two great workouts in and had a great time. I visit here often and can’t wait to drop in again!

Just visiting and had a great experience. I’ve been working out all my life and this place taught me a few new things! The instructor was very clear, accessible, and positive. The facility was also very clean and had a variety of gym equipment. On top of this the gym is up to date with technology which tells me the owner is putting a lot of effort into this place and likes to do things right.
