Dropped in at CrossFit Hendo while visiting. Tim immediately greeted me and was super welcoming. The gym was very nice and everyone was very welcoming. I got two great workouts in and had a great time. I visit here often and can’t wait to drop in again!
Just visiting and had a great experience. I’ve been working out all my life and this place taught me a few new things! The instructor was very clear, accessible, and positive. The facility was also very clean and had a variety of gym equipment. On top of this the gym is up to date with technology which tells me the owner is putting a lot of effort into this place and likes to do things right.
I am a regular here for dropping in as I travel to NC for work a few times a year. Love Tim and what he’s got going on! Very welcoming box to drop into.
Great staff- Tim is the man. Great facility and enjoyed the workout!
