Had a great drop in here. Did a partner WOD for a Saturday morning lift which was intense. The coaches are super friendly and make sure you know what you're doing.
I found this place by randomly following them on FB a couple years ago. Last year, I was in excruciating pain and literally could barely walk for months. I had no energy to even walk to the bathroom or do basic tasks...and my body was in full revolt. I saw a random post one day from HVCF and decided to call and set up an appt.
