CrossFit House Party is a place you can get addicted to going to and not just for the incredible workouts. It is the atmosphere and of everyone supporting everyone, and being friendly makes it an easy place to go to. But there's more to it than that. The staff, mostly Shane for me, has the patience of a Saint, and will l work with you until you get it right. At times, I feel like I have a personal trainer. Dropped in for a Saturday morning class. Owner was super welcoming and so were the members. It’s a beautiful gym. I got some great feedback that really helped during the workout and I’ll use those cues going forward. Overall an excellent experience and will definitely be dropping in again. If you’re in Saratoga area definitely check them out. Great workout too!
CrossFit House Party is a great gym with great people. All the coaches are awesome and create workouts that are fun and challenging but provide plenty of scaling options for all skill levels so anyone can do it. One of the things I like most about this gym is the “Question of the Day” portion where everyone says their name and answers a fun question before starting the workout. CF House Party has been so inviting since day 1! My husband and I attend every week and every week is challenging yet encouraging. All coaches are very knowledgeable, CF certified and always bring great enthusiasm to every class. The owner is very hands on and creates events through the year to celebrate our community and friendly competitions.
