I dropped in while visiting the area and had such a great experience! Great workout, great coaching, and great people! I felt immediately welcomed and part of the community. The workout was tough but fun and I will definitely be dropping in again on my next trip!!
CrossFit House Party is hands down my go-to gym whenever I’m in the Capital Region. The workouts are tough, fun, and incredibly well coached, but what really sets this place apart is the people. From the coaches to the members, everyone is welcoming and supportive, and I always walk out with new friends and solid tips to level up my lifts.
