Cross Fit House party is my favorite gym and workout ever. The coaches are amazing. The owner Shane is so nice too. My daughter and I have been members for over 4 years and even my husband joined recently after hearing us talk about how much we love the gym and how much the community is like family. I'm a 57 old fat guy who doesn't like gym classes. But I love House Party. Just show up, do what they tell you, and adjust (called "scaling") as much as you need/want. House Party got me back on the ski slopes after a 25+ year hiatus with about 6 months of working out. Huge win!
To be completely honest, CrossFit House Party changed my life, in ALL aspects. BEST CHOICE EVER! Don’t wait, just come.
