This place is great! If you want a friendly "box" to work out in without the fear of being judged, this is the place. The trainer/owner, Phil Craig, is responsive and in tune to your weaknesses and strengths; he'll make sure you don't injure yourself...although he can't help a broken ego . The atmosphere is supportive and all age groups are welcome!
