I've been doing CrossFit for 12 years and have worked out at many gyms around the valley in that time. I highly recommend CrossFit HiFi to anyone looking for a gym in the East Valley, whether they are new to CrossFit or a seasoned veteran. I have been coming to CrossFit HiFi for several years now. It is an amazing place to work out. Tyler and Sasha are great coaches and have worked very diligently to have built a vibrant inclusive community for people of all skill levels. The coaches will help you customize and tailor your workouts to your own skill level. It's a place from people that are true beginners that have never set foot in a gym to others that are dvanced weightlifters, gymnasts and crossfitters. I hope you'll give it a try!
