Tyler and Sashia are best coach.We family love them.I did CrossFit throughout my entire pregnancy.The coach will give pregnant women special training advice.I was in a good mood throughout my pregnancy and postpartum period because of exercise.
After my first CrossFit gym closed and having moved to a new part of town, a new CrossFit gym find was a must. I had scanned a few in the area and after seeing some of the photos online along with the pricing I decided this was the one. Starting at a new gym is always scary but both Tyler and Sasha were so friendly and welcoming that I quickly felt like this was where I needed to be. Been a member for over 10 years, couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Owners/coaches Tyler and Sashia are awesome! It’s my extended family.
I have been a member here for many years. It is like my second home with my second family. I love the community here! The coaching is top notch! The coaches are so knowledgeable and helpful. They are able to find modifications for movements I’m not able to do and also push me out of my comfort zone. Come check it out!
