Ive been going to CrossFit HiFi for a little over a year, and I've genuinely enjoyed every class I've attended. Sashia and Tyler are incredible coaches who have built a welcoming, supportive community that makes everyone feel like they belong. Whether you're new to CrossFit or have been doing it for years, I'd highly recommend dropping in for a class and experiencing it for yourself.
The moment i walked into Crossfit HiFi I knew that it was the right gym for me. The coaches Tyler and Sashia are truly amazing intelligent coaches that offer excellent guidance and support no matter if you are just beginning or if you are advanced athlete. The community here is so supportive and loving and i’ve enjoyed every session good or bad. This gym made me fall in love with the sport of Crossfit. Thank you!

Walking into CrossFit HIFI after not working out for over 10 years was honestly intimidating, but the trainers and community made me feel welcomed from day one. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They took the time to teach me the proper way to lift, focus on form, and build confidence every step of the way.
