Having been to six different functional/CrossFit gyms, I can confidently say Tyler and his wife are the real deal. They are spectacular coaches who genuinely know their craft and are refreshingly honest. More than that, they've built a solid, supportive community where everyone is challenged safely and never pushed beyond their comfort. An amazing couple and a top-tier gym. Highly recommend giving it a shot!
I attended a few classes while on vacation and instantly felt at home. Sashia and Tyler were incredibly warm, welcoming, and fun. Tyler gave me some great form pointers, and you can tell they genuinely care about their members. The whole place has a strong, family-oriented vibe that’s rare to find. If I lived here, this would be my home box. I’m deeply appreciative of the time I spent there and I enjoyed everyone I interacted with. Thank you!
Tyler and Sashia are best coach.We family love them.I did CrossFit throughout my entire pregnancy.The coach will give pregnant women special training advice.I was in a good mood throughout my pregnancy and postpartum period because of exercise.
After my first CrossFit gym closed and having moved to a new part of town, a new CrossFit gym find was a must. I had scanned a few in the area and after seeing some of the photos online along with the pricing I decided this was the one. Starting at a new gym is always scary but both Tyler and Sasha were so friendly and welcoming that I quickly felt like this was where I needed to be.
