I took one drop-in class today. It went well, the coach was very attentive and explained everything well. The box is cozy and well equipped. The box seemed more technique and health oriented than focused on high athlete performance. I recommend and would come back.

Dropped in from out of town and was super pleased with the experience! The class size at 7:30am on a Wednesday was just 4 students, and the others couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. The workout had a nice strength component followed by a burner of a MetCon and some mobility work after. Important to note that you don’t need to sign up beforehand, you just show up during a scheduled class time and pay via cash or Venmo. Worth visiting if you’re in the area!

Great gym! Smaller community, very welcoming for drop-ins! Coaching was good and efficient in warm up. We dropped in for the Open and everyone was very encouraging! Would definitely drop in again!
