Love this place!
I’ve been a member here for 7 years now and can’t imagine calling any other gym home. This community is really like a supportive family. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. It’s about so much more than just a workout. We attend each other’s weddings, birthday parties, etc. It’s always intimidating starting at a new gym but everyone made me feel welcomed right from the beginning. So grateful to be a part of this community!
I’ve been going to Helena CrossFit for just over a year and I don’t think I’ll ever stop. When I first tried CrossFit I was worried it was going to be a “bros club”, but I was pleasantly surprised at the diversity of the attendees. It’s a big welcoming family and I’m really happy to be apart of it. Mark is a great coach with ALL fitness levels. I go mainly just to exercise but I’ve seen improvements in my strength and mobility under Marks guidance. I recommend this gym to everyone!
Great gym with fun, encouraging people and good coaching. All levels of athlete from beginners to expert. Very supportive spot!
