Nice facility with sweet, down to earth people. The workouts are programmed well and the coaches are fantastic!
I had my reservations about crossfit but once I entered this gym from the owners to the trainers that fear disappeared. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. I am returning this weekend and can't wait to take another class!
New owner thinks he knows everything, when in reality he knows nothing about CrossFit or functional fitness. Just because you took a weekend cert doesn't mean you know anatomy, physiology, programming and so on, anybody with a real understanding of fitness or CrossFit can see this. It was once great and some great people still there, but new owner still has a lot to learn
