I hesitated to join Crossfit Hammer & Tong for way too long due to the fact I have a prolapsed disc in my lower back and an autoimmune disease, thinking Crossfit would be way beyond me. Boy was I wrong! My back gives me very little grief now and I have so much more energy. All the trainers are amazing and help you work to your ability, showing you how to manage any obstacles you may have. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging, my only regret is that I didn't start years earlier.
