A great addition to the local fitness scene. The atmosphere is professional but inclusive, making it a safe space for those who may feel intimidated by a typical gym setting. Great friendly place to start your fitness journey whether you're an elite athlete or a complete beginner working at the computer desk all day. Ownership is very involved in building a supportive community and it shows.
A very welcoming gym, where everyone feels like family. The atmosphere starts at the top with the coaches and owners. We are very happy to have found this gym. The coaches work with everyone to modify workouts if needed and truly make CrossFit for everyone.
High end coaching and very welcoming community. The workouts are adjusted for everyone and the exercises really work to build strength and lose fat. Would definitely recommend
